Who are the Friends?

The Friends of the Weston Depot is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to preserving and finding a new use for the historic Weston Depot. We are a community group focused on maintaining the Depot's heritage while moving into the future.  We hope to engage local residents in the rebirth of this important local landmark.

Weston Depot
was included on
Preservation Massachusetts'
2022
Most Endangered Resources List

This was very inauspicious recognition.

It means that the Weston Depot was recognized by state level historic preservationists as important and in peril.

The Weston Depot is located at 55 Church Street, along the new Mass Central Rail Trail, which was formerly a railroad line that ran to Northampton from Boston.
